Any instructions/hints/recipes on how to do this in order make a great pulled pork sandwich is much appreciated! Want to do it for the labor day weekend!!! I wonder which is the best cut of meat for this purpose. My friends told me that I don’t need to buy the most expensive ones, because cheaper are also great, thanks to the long, slow cooking process which makes the meat tender.

Looking for a new pulled pork pressure cooker recipe, something with a little more zing. I have a big barbecue party next Sunday and I want to impress my guests with my cooking skills. Some fancy side-dishes would also be very nice to have. Pickled cucumbers would be great, but I feel like I’m not original enough, because everybody makes pickles salad when we meet for such parties. I want to be different.
