I’m 18 and live alone. I don’t know how to cook except simple things (eggs), so I eat fast food a lot but I want to eat healthy food from now on … so if you know a simply recipe please tell me. One more thing: I don’t have too much money to spend on food, so I need to be quite frugal and I’m not always willing to buy fruits and vegetables when they are out of their season. I hope you know what I mean… they get so expensive! Health asks for so much money!
