How To Cook Pulled Pork Faster?

I’m making pulled pork sandwiches for 6-8 people but I can’t sit with the grill all day. This is why I really need to find a method that’s faster, while not compromising on the food taste. Maybe it’s possible, but I’m not sure. I thought to finish the meat in the oven or in the slow cooker, but I’m afraid it would compromise on the smoky taste we all love so much.

Yes. Or cook in oven then grill at the end for a fresh grilled taste.

I use the Crock Pot for my pulled pork and its awesome! Just put the pork and sauce in there and leave it on medium for 6hrs…so good!

sure can. i would get some good smoke flavor on it. the grill should stay hot enough for about two hours. then put it in a large aluminum disposable pan with about an inch of apple juice in the bottom. cover loosely with foil.put it in a 225 degree F oven and let it ride out. should be done in about 4 more hours when the bone can be pulled out with little effort.
man the pork shoulders are on sale…..

I would start it in the oven and finish it on the grill. You will be able to sear the sauce or seasoning at the end of cooking.
