Veggie angel hair pasta:
Boil broccoli, cauliflower, squash and zucchini. Drain and add a can of progesso diced tomatoes along with spices that you like.
Boil the angel hair pasta to your liking.
Mix it all together and put Parmesan cheese on top.
It's delicious and healthy.

I'd suggest you invest in some new cook books- get a health one and a slow cooker/crock pot one. try different meals each week, then you can mark in your books what you liked/didn't like, and what you'd change in the recipe.
slow cooker recipes are a great way to have a good meal all ready for when you get home!

I find really good, healthy recipes on line. I go to rachelray.com and get some from there, I also go to pillsbury.com, weightwatchers.com, bettycrocker.com. I google recipes and just look around. I eat a lot of chicken and fish....those are healthier than pork and other red meats. The personal trainer at my gym said that if it flys or swims it is better to eat. I have been trying that for a few weeks now and my hubby has lost about 8 lbs. WOW! Lucky him!
This should give you a good start.
Good Luck!

You could always add a side of vegetables to your main dishes.
Or, you said you cook with chicken and pork a lot, you could easily make a chicken or pork stir-fry.
If you don't want the hassle of chopping up the vegetables you can buy them frozen at your grocery store.
All you would need is about 1/2 pound to a 1pound of chicken, same with the vegetables, and some stir-fry sauce.
Cook the chicken until golden brown, in another pan cook the vegetables, then combine together and add the sauce, heat until warm.
You can also find recipes online, google healthy recipes. Hope this helps.
