Healthy cooking is easier than you’d think, if you know a few tricks. One of them is to find healthy recipes and to adapt the ones that are not that healthy to a better diet. By replacing sour cream with low-fat yogurt, of instance, you can enjoy the same great taste with much less fat.

Cooking stuffed pork chops can be a real challenge if you’re not used to cooking at all. This is a list of mistakes to avoid if you don’t want to spoil the food:
Don’t buy thin chops. The meat cuts need to be thick, because you have to further slice them, to create those pockets which will host the stuffing inside. If the meat is not thick enough, you won’t be able to slice it, you’ll break it and your stuffing won’t stay inside.
Don’t overcook the pork chops. They are usually tender, but if you cook them too much, they will become difficult to chew and not nice at all. You’ll look like an amateur cook, a noob, somebody who’s touching the skillet for the fist time in life.
Don’t exaggerate with the stuffing. Although it’s nice to have a bigger quantity of it, if you try to stuff too much inside the chops, you’ll have a hard time cooking them and they won’t be made even.
Karim Rashid, one of my favorite designers known for his modern contributions has designed a modern bathtub that finally incorporates two of my favorite past times, relaxing and watching TV. Korean based manufacturer Saturn developed the “TV Tub” from liquid acrylic resin which accentuates the smooth oval shape and plush texture. The shape of this deep free standing soaker tub caters to the person who wants to sit and relax as the downward sloping design results in a TV mounted in plain view just above your feet. The emergence of luxury bathroom products with advanced technology has made the once utilitarian boring bathroom a place to enjoy spend a little more time in. See more on the TV Tub from Saturn here.

The distinguishing trait in the “City Air” collection of bathroom furniture by Sonia is the elevation of the sink basin above the storage area. Each unit has a look where the sink under-mounting becomes a separate piece of the design unlike traditional bathroom vanities where the sink and storage are all in one piece. City Air features clean lines in contemporary styling with very little in the way of ornamental decoration. The takeaway is the feeling of an organized and uncluttered bathroom design where furniture does not dominate the space. See product: here.
