We’re going to start working on eating healthier in the new year, especially focusing on dinner, when we were usually tempted to overeat or to eat too late at night. The problem is we both work and have two young kids, so whatever we cook at night is usually done very quickly. Since “bad” food is usually easier to make, that’s what we tend to gravitate to.
Does anyone have any ideas of any healthy, quick to make recipes for dinner? We do like to make chicken, pork and fish. Not real big red meat eaters. Any advice would be appreciated!

Want to do it for the labor day weekend!!! I wonder which is the best cut of meat for this purpose. My friends told me that I don’t need to buy the most expensive ones, because cheaper are also great, thanks to the long, slow cooking process which makes the meat tender.

I wonder, though, if somebody knows how to make fluffy omelet in a ziploc bag, as that would really be a surprise for all my colleagues.

One more thing: I don’t have too much money to spend on food, so I need to be quite frugal and I’m not always willing to buy fruits and vegetables when they are out of their season. I hope you know what I mean… they get so expensive! Health asks for so much money!
