As I can’t leave the baby home alone, I see myself forced to shop online for most items I need. Now I want to buy a nursing pillow and I wonder which are the best online stores where I can find such items.
We’re going to start working on eating healthier in the new year, especially focusing on dinner, when we were usually tempted to overeat or to eat too late at night. The problem is we both work and have two young kids, so whatever we cook at night is usually done very quickly. Since “bad” food is usually easier to make, that’s what we tend to gravitate to.
Does anyone have any ideas of any healthy, quick to make recipes for dinner? We do like to make chicken, pork and fish. Not real big red meat eaters. Any advice would be appreciated!

I wonder which is the best cut of meat for this purpose. My friends told me that I don’t need to buy the most expensive ones, because cheaper are also great, thanks to the long, slow cooking process which makes the meat tender.
I see so many nursing pillows on the market for sale, but I have no idea which are the differences between them. Which one is the best? Many moms say that Boppy nursing pillow is the best because it’s cheap and it can have multiple uses, even after weaning the baby.
I want to do a retirement breakfast at work, and a I want to use the boil in the bag omelet method. How do you keep water boiling without a stove? a sterno, crockpot, or chafing dish? Has anyone done this? How do caterers do portable omelet parties?
I suppose that such methods leave out of the question fluffy omelets. I wonder, though, if somebody knows how to make fluffy omelet in a ziploc bag, as that would really be a surprise for all my colleagues.

I’m making pulled pork sandwiches for 6-8 people but I can’t sit with the grill all day. This is why I really need to find a method that’s faster, while not compromising on the food taste. Maybe it’s possible, but I’m not sure. I thought to finish the meat in the oven or in the slow cooker, but I’m afraid it would compromise on the smoky taste we all love so much.

Some fancy side-dishes would also be very nice to have. Pickled cucumbers would be great, but I feel like I’m not original enough, because everybody makes pickles salad when we meet for such parties.
