Do You Know How To Cook Stuffed Pork Chops?

Cooking stuffed pork chops can be a real challenge if you’re not used to cooking at all. This is a list of mistakes to avoid if you don’t want to spoil the food:

Don’t buy thin chops. The meat cuts need to be thick, because you have to further slice them, to create those pockets which will host the stuffing inside. If the meat is not thick enough, you won’t be able to slice it, you’ll break it and your stuffing won’t stay inside.

Don’t overcook the pork chops. They are usually tender, but if you cook them too much, they will become difficult to chew and not nice at all. You’ll look like an amateur cook, a noob, somebody who’s touching the skillet for the fist time in life.

Don’t exaggerate with the stuffing. Although it’s nice to have a bigger quantity of it, if you try to stuff too much inside the chops, you’ll have a hard time cooking them and they won’t be made even.
